nCoV: Nagaland records 110 cases, 5 deaths

Kohima: Nagaland registered 110 new cases of COVID-19 during the past 24 hours and 5 related deaths, taking the overall tally of cases in the state to 27,472 while the death toll mounted to 550, official health bulletin said Wednesday.

Among the fresh cases, 49 were reported from in Dimapur, 28 in Kohima, 13 in Mokokchung, four in Kiphire, four in Longleng, four in Mon, two in Peren, two in Tuensang, two in Wokha, one in Phek and one in Zunheboto. With the detection of the 110 new cases, the total caseload increased to 27,472.

Altogether 42 recoveries were seen in the last 24 hours, of which, 16 recovered in Dimapur, 10 from Mokokchung, six from Kohima, two from Zunheboto, one from Mon and one in Phek and the total recovery increased to 24,835.
