Shillong: The 41 Meghalaya Battalion NCC, Shillong group celebrated the International forest week from March 15- 21 with a lot of enthusiasm, involving the active participation of NCC cadets, which culminated today as cadets took out an awareness rally in Shillong.
Over 100 cadets participated in Rally.
An event was organised at Arya Vidyalaya School , Shillong on this occasion today, in which dedication of the volleyball court and support for plantation to Arya Vidyalaya School was done .
The event was attended by ADG NCC North Eastern Region Directorate, Major General Ananta Bhuyan and Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Ranjit Gill, officers and cadets of NCC.
