Nagaland: Training on smartphone film making concludes

Altogether 17 participants, content creators from the State were imparted training on the art of smartphone filmmaking and ways to improve their content.

Kohima: The five-day online training on smartphone film making for film makers and content creators of Nagaland, conducted by Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune concluded on 29th January 2022.

During the course of training, Freelance Content Specialist/ Cinematographer/ Photographer/ Producer, Ajmal Jami taught the trainees  about the basics of film making including scene composition, shots sizes and meanings, camera angles, camera movements, lightings, colours, sound effects, etc.

Altogether 17 participants, content creators from the State were imparted training on the art of smartphone filmmaking and ways to improve their content. The training was conducted as part of the country wide celebrations under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Government of India.

The online video conference training was conducted at the e-governance academy classroom at the Directorate of Information Technology and Communication (IT and C), Kohima. Director IPR, Er. Z. Tokishe Sema congratulated all the participants who could successfully completing the course. He also thanked the FTII for taking the initiative in conducting the training and conveyed gratitude to the Department of IT and C for providing all logistics for successful conduct of the training.
