Kohima: Nagaland reported nine new covid 19 cases.
The total number of corona virus-infected cases to 31,868 so far and with one more death report, the death toll remained at 686.
According to a Nagaland Health Department bulletin today, among the nine fresh COVID cases yesterday, the new cases were detected from five districts of Nagaland, with four cases in Kohima, three cases in Dimapur and two in Wokha, taking the total caseload to 31,868.
On the recovery of COVID-19 infected patients in the State, altogether 18 patients were recovered yesterday, of them 13 from Dimapur, four from Wokha and one from Kohima district and the state currently stood at 93.89 per cent, taking the total number of recoveries to 29,932.
The active cases in Nagaland stood yesterday at 205 active cases of COVID-19. As one more report of the death of a COVID patients in Kohima, the death tally remained at 686 during the day.
