Kohima: In the latest COVID-19 situation in Nagaland, the number has recorded four new cases yesterday, which increased the total number of corona virus-infected cases to 32,115 so far and with no more reports of death in the pandemic, the death toll remained at 699.
According to a Nagaland Health Department bulletin today, there are new four fresh COVID cases yesterday in two districts, three cases in Kohima and one case in Mokokchung, taking the total caseload to 32115, with a sample positivity rate remained at 0.4per cent.
On the recovery of COVID-19 infected patients in the State, three patients were recovered of the disease yesterday, two from Dimapur and one from Mokokchung recovered, taking the total number of recoveries to 30,287 with the recovery rate of 95.02 per cent.
Nagaland has 102 active cases in the state, 82 are asymptomatic, 17 mild, one severe on oxygen and two in ICU on a ventilator. With no more reports of the death of COVID patients, the death tally remained at 699 yesterday, the bulletin said.
