Kohima: Nagaland recorded three new Covid cases yesterday, which increased the total number of corona virus-infected cases to 32,158 so far with no more reports of death in the pandemic.
The death toll remained at 699.
According to a Nagaland Health Department bulletin today, there are new three fresh COVID cases yesterday in three districts with one case in Dimapur, one case in Mokokchung and one case in Zunheboto, pushing the total caseload to 32158 and the sample positivity rate remained at 0.3%.
Five patients were recovered from the disease yesterday, three patients from Dimapur, one from Kiphire and one from Kohima.
The state’s cumulative recoveries have increased to 30,292, with a recovery rate of 96.05 per cent.
Nagaland has 99 active cases in the state, out of 99 active cases in the state, 80 are asymptomatic, 16 mild, one severe on oxygen and two in ICU on the ventilator.
With no more reports of the death of COVID patients, the death tally remained at 699 yesterday, the bulletin said.
