Kohima: Nagaland has got a second railway station — at Shokhuvi.

On Friday, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio flagged off the Donyi Polo Express to Arunachal Pradesh.

The Shokhuvi junction comes up after the Dimapur railway station, which was established in 1903.

Northeast Frontier Railway General Manager Anshul Gupta said many connecting trains would come up at the station, including Rajdhani and Shatabdi trains.
