Kohima: The increasing number of COVID-19 positive cases continued in Nagaland, there were 287 new cases, the highest number of such cases in a single day in the current year, were detected Wednesday and the total number of positive cases in the State now gone up to 15,004.
Nagaland Minister for Health and Family Welfare Pangnyu Phom in his regular tweet informed that there were 287 new COVID-19 positive cases in Nagaland today and these cases are, 221 cases in Dimapur, 59 cases in Kohima, two cases in Tuensang, one case in Kiphire, one case in Longleng, one case in Peren, one case in Phek and one case in Zunheboto.
He also informed that altogether 33 COVID-19 positive patients were recovered today and they are 28 patients from Dimapur, four patients from and one patient from Peren.
Pangnyu further tweeted that the total positive cases increased to 15004; total recovered patients increased to 12390, total Active Cases rose up to 2038 and total death umber was 108, as of today.
