Tokyo: The Japanese government on Saturday said that North Korea has fired a suspected ballistic missile.
“North Korea has launched a suspected ballistic missile,” Prime Minister Office of Japan said in a tweet.
According to the South Korean Yonhap News Agency, the North fired an unidentified projectile toward the East Sea on Saturday, the South’s military said, in the recalcitrant regime’s latest saber-rattling that comes just days before President-elect Yoon Suk-yeol’s inauguration.
The latest launch came after the North launched a ballistic missile on Wednesday, said Yonhap.
