MVA legislators held demonstration on steps of Vidhan Bhavan

Mumbai:Mahavikas Aghadi MLAs under the leadership of opposition leaders Ajit Pawar and Ambadas Danve on Monday held a demonstration on the steps of Vidhan Bhavan raising various demands of the farmers.

Today is the fourteenth day of the ongoing budget session MLAs of Mahavikas Aghadi entered the Vidhan Bhavan with baskets of onions and grapes and staged strong protests on the steps.

They raised slogans like give price to mangoes, cashew nuts, give price to onion, price to cotton also provide compensation to farmers for damages of their crop due to unseasonal rains and hail and bring down the chairs.
