MLA Dingo handovers community hall, waiting sheds to Sekmai public

MLA Dingo also praised the Biren-led BJP government in the state and stated that because of the tireless effort there is a parity of development in both hills and valley of Manipur.

Imphal: Sekmai Assembly constituency MLA H Dingo Saturday handed over one community hall, two sheds for women folks, and one waiting shed for the public at various villages and locations of his constituency.

The lawmaker dedicated one community hall at Haorang Khunou where he informed that several development programmes in the constituency were stalled due to the ongoing pandemic of Covid-19. He, however, claimed this has never stopped him from continuing development works for his constituency, Ding also assured that all the pending works will resume as soon as possible as there is a sign of improvement in the pandemic.

MLA Dingo also praised the Biren-led BJP government in the state and stated that because of the tireless effort there is a parity of development in both hills and valley of Manipur. Now, all the people have shown their confidence and love for the government, which is a sign of good governance, he added.

Ding also appealed to the people to extend their support in bringing back the present BJP government in the next general election.

Later in the evening, MLA Dingo handed over two sheds/watch houses for women torchbearers (meirashang) at Tera Urak and Lairenkabi respectively. Dingo also dedicated one waiting shed at Sanjebam. During the programmes vice-chairperson of Imphal West Zilla Parishad, K Bobi Devi, K Sobodeba Singh, Pradhan Mayanglangjing Gram Panchayat, and ward members were also participated
