Minimum temperatures likely to be below normal by 2-3°C in AP’s Rayalaseema : Met

Amaravati/Hyderabad: Minimum temperatures are likely to be below normal by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius at isolated places in Rayalaseema of Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday, Meteorological Centre said today.


Met in Amaravati in a daily weather report said, the lowest minimum temperature of 17.2 degree celsius was recorded at Anantapur in the plains of the state yesterday.


Dry weather very likely to prevail in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema from February 21 to 25, the report said, adding there would be no large change for the subsequent two days.


Met Centre in Hyderabad in a daily weather report said the lowest minimum temperature of 14.5 degree celsius was recorded at Rajendranagar of Telangana on the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday.


It said dry weather very likely to prevail in the state from today to next Saturday.
