Imphal: Manipur bagged 4 (four) – 2(two) Gold and 2(two) Silver awards at the 109th and 110th SKOCH Summit 2026 held at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, on 26th September, 2026. The 109th and 110th edition centered on “Foundations of Inclusive Growth” and “Banking Bharat for Inclusive Growth”.
The 2(two) silver awards were bagged by Mayanglambam Rajkumar Singh, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West on the project – Mobile Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre for HIV/AIDS and Ngangbam Roben Singh, IAS, Director, Directorate of Printing & Stationery on the project – e-Gazette Manipur – A digital transformation of gazette publication.
The 2(two) gold awards were awarded to Mahesh Chaudhari, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Kangpokpi for 2025-26 on the project – Hope Grown: reviving livelihoods for displaced families by black rice cultivation and Gaurav Dogra, IPS, SP, Churachandpur Police on the project – Hinchi, conceptualized to fight illicit poppy cultivation by providing sustainable alternate farming options.
It may be mentioned that throughout 2026, the SKOCH Group hosted multiple editions addressing governance, policy, and development milestones aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat (Developed India).
