Imphal: In the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pm of Wednesday, Manipur reported two new positive cases, no Covid-related deaths and zero recoveries as per an official release from the Health Department.
The two persons from the general public who tested positive are from Imphal West and Imphal East respectively. Altogether, 78 persons were tested, amounting to a positivity rate of 2.6%.
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 37, 240 out of which 1, 35, 111 have recovered leaving nine active cases in the state.
The total number of doses administered on May 31, is 1,728, the cumulative number of doses administered is 29,00,068 (1st dose 15,70,225, 2nd dose 12,32,311) and precautionary dose 97,532.
