Imphal: The District Magistrate, Imphal West, has directed all petrol pumps situated along the Bir Tkendrajit Internal Airport to Sanjenthong to close down from 8 am of January 4 till the departure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from the state.
The order has been issued in view of the need to secure the stretch from the Airport to Sanjenthong for the smooth visit of the Prime Minister to the state.
