Imphal: In the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pm of Monday, Manipur reported zero Covid- related death, one new positive case, and no recoveries, as per an official release from the Health- Department.
The lone person who tested positive is from Thoubal. Altogether, 91 persons were tested out and only one was found coronavirus positive, amounting to a positivity rate of 1.1 %.
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 37, 227 out of which 1, 35, 100 have recovered leaving seven active cases.
The total number of doses administered on May 8, is 25 the cumulative number of doses administered is 28,57,001(1st dose 15,59, 794, 2nd dose 12,09,646) and precautionary dose 87,561.
