Imphal: The Chief Secretary, Govt of Manipur, Dr Rajesh Kumar, in his capacity as the Chairman of the State Executive Committee of the State Disaster Management Authority, in an order issued on February 19, reiterated the earlier order of mandatory adherence to prescribed Covid Appropriate Behaviour and Standard Operating Procedures issued by the concerned Ministries of the Govt of India.
