Imphal: The Chief Secretary, Govt of Manipur, Dr Rajesh Kumar, in his capacity as the Chairman of the State Executive Committee of the State Disaster Management Authority, in an order issued on February 19, reiterated the earlier order of mandatory adherence to prescribed Covid Appropriate Behaviour and Standard Operating Procedures issued by the concerned Ministries of the Govt of India.

It may be recalled that an earlier order issued on February 11, 2021, had allowed the opening of shops and social, religious, sports, entertainment, cultural activities and public gathering.
