Manipur Governor visits INA HQs, pays tribute to Netaji

Imphal: Manipur Governor Sushri Anusuiya Uikey visited Indian National Army (INA) Headquarters at Moirang in Bishnupur district Wednesday. 

She paid floral tribute to the statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Supreme Commander of the INA and great freedom fighter, at the INA Museum in Moirang Bazar. 

The governor also inspected the photographs, arms, ammunition, and other equipment of the erstwhile INA that are being displayed at the museum.

Later, Uikey went to Sendra Tourist Resort where she was greeted by M. Asnikumar, Chairman, Loktak Development Authority. On her way back to Raj Bhavan in Imphal, the Governor went to the Shri Shri Govindajee temple in the Palace Compound and offered Arti.
