Manipur CM N Biren makes his debut on ‘Koo’

He is the tenth Chief Minister of an Indian state to use Koo as a tool for communication.

Imphal: Nongthombam Biren Singh, Chief Minister of Manipur has opened an account on Koo – India’s only social media platform that enables Indians to create content in their mother tongues.
In his first Koo, using the handle @nbirensingh, Singh welcomed a slew of dignitaries to Manipur. He is the tenth Chief Minister of an Indian state to use Koo as a tool for communication.
Biren started posting about the Bhoomi Pujan performed today for updradation of Shree Shree Govindajee temple.
Aprameya Radhakrishna, Co-founder and CEO, Koo, said: “We would like to welcome Shri Biren Singh to Koo, making him the tenth Chief Minister of an Indian state to join Koo. We are glad to have Shri Biren Singh join this group of India’s political leaders.”
Mayank Bidawatka, Co-founder, Koo, said, “Koo is now available in eight Indian languages – Manipuri, Assamese, Bengali, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu – and English. This has given impetus to both leaders, celebrities and artists from across the Country to become active on the platform. We welcome Shri Biren Singh on Koo and believe that it will give him tremendous reach.”
