Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday paid tribute to former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru on his birth anniversary.

“Tribute to Jawaharlal Nehru on his birth anniversary,” Banerjee posted on her social networking page.

The chief minister also extended her greetings and best wishes on children’s day.

Nehru’s birthday is celebrated as Children’s Day in India.
