New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Jagat Prakash Nadda handed over the command of the state unit of the party to Mahendra Bhatt.
A release from the party’s central office here on Saturday said that BJP President Nadda has appointed Mahendra Bhatt as the state president of Uttarakhand BJP. This appointment has come into force with immediate effect.
Bhatt, 50 was an MLA from the Badrinath assembly constituency from 2017 to 2022. He had to face defeat in this year’s assembly election.
