Chhatarpur (MP): In the wake of a godman’s words that India would be converted into a “Hindu rashtra,” Madhya Pradesh’s erstwhile chief minister Kamal Nath underlined on Monday that the country would continue to be governed in accordance with the Constitution.
The Congress leader was interacting with members of the Fourth Estate after an approximately 20-minute-long meeting with Pandit Dhirendra Shastri who heads Bageshwar Dham and whose statements have been making headlines.
“As I am a devotee of Lord Hanuman, I went to offer worship to Bajrangbali at Bageshwar,” Mr Nath later told the press in Panna district.
