Imphal: The Indian Security Forces are extending their logistics and material support to Kuki National Army (Burma) to wage war against the Meitei revolutionary groups stationed in Myanmar, the NSCN-IM claimed on Wednesday.

Nothing is left to doubt about the dubious role of Indian Security Forces, as they use the Kukis as frontal forces to engage in bloody discord against the Nagas giving all logistics support to the Kuki militant groups, the top Naga militant group said, rejecting a recent claims by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) that two Meitei outfits used ‘looted arms’ to target Kuki-Zo community in Manipur.

In a chargesheet filed in a Guwahati court, the NIA claimed that the “China-Myanmar module” of the Isak-Muivah faction of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN-IM) supported the cadres of two banned Meitei outfits to infiltrate India to exploit the current ethnic unrest in Manipur with a large goal to destabilise the state and wage a war against the Government of India.

Taking strong exception to such “outrageous NIA attack against NSCN”, the Naga militant outfit said that the statement of the NIA not only misled but cruel and vicious as it was too far from the point of accuracy and morally not ethical at all.

“The NSCN is sensitive to the propaganda war waged by the Government of India against it that had signed a ceasefire with GoI and engaged in political talks for the last 27 years. Ironically, GoI agencies keep hitting below the belt”, it argued.

The Muivah-led Naga militant groups also accused the Indian Security forces of waging a proxy war in the name of KNA (B) and PDF against NSCN. But to put the matter straight, the Naga Army had not taken a single step to fight against the KNA (B). Neither did they find the reason to go against PDF, the rejoinder issued by the Ministry of Information and Publicity of the Government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim said.

It further noted that the ongoing conflict in the Myanmar border with India has exposed the hidden war or proxy war against the NSCN. The Indian Security forces consisting of Assam Rifles and para-regiment are constantly raining bombs on NSCN positions daily in the name of KNA (B).

“Things have become very clear that the Indian Security Forces are extending their logistics and material support to KNA(B) to wage war against the Meitei revolutionary groups stationed there. These Indian Security Forces even allow the Kuki militant groups operating in Tengnoupal district, Manipur, to enter inside Myanmar and fight with the Meitei revolutionary groups,” the statement further said.

The Indian Security Forces even sealed off the international border along the Namlee and Wanglee areas in Kamjong district of Manipur. No one is allowed to enter Myanmar and no one is allowed to come out from Myanmar. Even CSOs people are also put under heavy restriction, it added.
