Indian Army organises weapon and equipment display in Bishnupur district

Kohima: On Tuesday, the Indian Army hosted a Weapon and Equipment Display at St. Xavier’s School in Moirang, Bishnupur District, Manipur.

The event saw an enthusiastic turnout of over 450 students, including 204 NCC cadets from the 14 NCC Battalion, NCC Group HQs Imphal, Girls NCC Battalion, Ningthoukhong School, Imphal, 250 students, and 15 teachers from other schools.

The display aimed to raise awareness, educate, and motivate the children about the Indian Army. Officers and soldiers interacted with the children, inspiring them to join the Indian Armed Forces and contribute to nation-building.

This event highlights the Indian Army’s ongoing efforts to engage with local youth and support their future development.
