New Delhi: India has recorded 3,714 new Covid-19 cases, taking the total tally of cases to 4,31,85,049, as per the Union Health Ministry data on Tuesday.
A total of seven fresh fatalities were recorded, taking the total death count to 52,4708.
The active caseload currently stands at 25,782, which now comprises 0.06 percent of the total infections, while the national Covid-19 recovery rate stands at 98.72 percent.
Meanwhile, 2,513 recoveries were reported, increasing the total recoveries to 4,26,33,365
According to the bulletin, 85.32 crore tests for Covid-19 have been done so far. In the last 24 hours, a total of 3,07,716 tests have been conducted.
“India has administered 194.27 crore doses of Covid-19 vaccine so far under the ongoing nationwide vaccination drive,” the Ministry data said.
