Filmmaking workshop – Road to Mumbai in Guwahati from Oct 15-16 for North East India

The classes will be held from 10 am to 4 pm. The fee for the two-day workshop is ₹500. Applicants of age group 20 to 30 can apply for the workshop.

Imphal:  The Bharatiya Chitra Sadhna Chalachitram  will conduct a film making workshop entitled ROAD TO MUMBAI on October 15- 16 at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, Guwahati for the candidates from North Eastern states including Sikkim. 

The classes will be held from 10 am to 4 pm. The fee for the two-day workshop is ₹500. Applicants of the age group 20 to 30 can apply for the workshop.

Registration is open till 5 pm on October 8, 2022. Only 30 participants shall be selected for the workshop. Participants will have to reach the workshop at their own conveyances. Organisers shall provide only boarding and lodging facility.

Bharatiya Chitra Sadhna Chalachitram  encourages and trains the youth interested in different aspects of filmmaking. In this regard, the organization has been conducting film-making workshops under the title ROAD TO MUMBAI at 15 different places namely Chennai, Mysuru, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Jaipur, Rohtak, Delhi, Noida, Lucknow, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata and Guwahati across the country. 

During the two-day workshop participants are given training by veteran filmmakers.

The two best trainees from each workshop shall get a chance to attend a 15-day workshop in Mumbai fee for which is ₹ 10,000. It is mandatory to provide all information in the registration form.
