Patna: Amid intense speculations over the fate of NDA following the RCP episode, Chief Minister Nitish has convened a meeting of JD(U) MPs and Legislators to seek their views on whether to continue the alliance with BJP or stitch a new alliance with other parties to form the next government.
Almost all MPs and Legislators of JD(U) reached 1 Anne Marg, the official residence of Chief Minister Kumar where a meeting has begun under his leadership. In the meeting, Kumar is seeking the views of all MPs and Legislators about the next move in the changed political scenario.
On the other hand, the leader of the opposition in the Bihar Assembly Tejaswi Prasad Yadav is also holding meetings with RJD and other Grand Alliance legislators. It is expected that Grand Alliance will support Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to form a new government if he decides to walk away from the NDA.
