Imphal: A prize and certificate distribution ceremony for the Essay Writing Competition on the theme “What Is Real Yoga”, organized by the One Consciousness Foundation, was held today at Guru Nanak Public School, Imphal.
The function was graced by the Founder of the One Consciousness Foundation, K. H. Nepolean, as the Chief Guest. The event was presided over by the Principal of Guru Nanak Public School, Jasmeet Kaur Parischa. The Director of One Consciousness Foundation, Rahul Kumar Pathak, and the Vice Principal of Guru Nanak Public School, Tapas Paul, attended as Guests of Honour.
Addressing the gathering, K. H. Nepolean emphasized the true meaning of yoga, highlighting that real yoga goes beyond physical postures and is deeply rooted in inner awareness, self-realization, and harmony in daily life. He stressed the importance of integrating the essence of yoga into one’s thoughts and actions for holistic development.
The program further proceeded with the distribution of prizes and certificates to students who demonstrated excellence in the essay competition. The ceremony celebrated the creativity, insight, and thoughtful reflections of the young participants on the essence of real yoga.
