Guwahati: A mild intensity earthquake measuring 3.2 magnitude on the Richter scale hit Hojai town in Assam on Monday.
The earthquake that shook Hojai in Assam occurred at 11:57 am.
The depth of the earthquake was only 10 Km.
The development was confirmed by the National Centre for Seismology in a report.
No loss of life or damage to property was reported in the incident.
