Imphal:A team of Kakching police commandos along with lady personnel arrested one drug paddler from Sora Chingjin in front of old Sora Outpost and seized 518 gram of suspected Heroin No.4 and a Mahindra Scorpio having Regd. No. AS01DN 4250 from his possession on Friday.
The arrested person, identified as Letmang Haokip alias Mang (36yrs) son of Songthang Haokip of Tehsil-Saitu Gamphazol, along with the seized items were handed over to Kakching Police Station for further legal action and a case has been registered at the same police station.
And on the same day, a team of Kakching police also arrested three drug paddlers namely, Paomilen Haokip (35yrs) son of Janthang Haokip of Pangmoul Village Saitu Gamphazol, Neilam Haokip (43yrs) wife of Lalkhumang Haokip of Pangmoul, Motbung and Lhingkim Haokip (47yrs) wife of Manglet Haokip of Pangmoul, Motbung from Wangbal Lamkhai.
The team seized 506 gram of suspected Heroin No.4 and a Bolero bearing Regd. No. AS05M 5573 from their possession.
The arrested persons along with the seized items were handed to Kakching Police Station for further legal action and case has been registered at the same police station.
