Imphal: A team of Lilong PS including women police personnel with members of ANJUMAN Lilong arrested one drug seller namely Phundreimayum Yasmin (28 yrs) wife of Phundreimayum Mujibur of Lilong Haoreibi Turel Ahanbi near Kaleikhong bridge from her residence and seized 262.8 grams of suspected Brown sugar including weight of the container, 579 numbers of SP capsules and 67 numbers of ANREX-CP Cough Syrup bottles from her possession on May 3 at around 5:50 pm.
In this regard a case has been registered at Lilong Police Station.
Earlier in the day, at about 08:20 am, a police team of Lilong Police Station along with volunteer members of ANJUMAN arrested one vehicle lifter namely, Singamayum Farid Khan (31 yrs) son of Singamayum Abdul Salam of Lilong Atoukhong from near a paddy field located near his residence and seized one stolen Honda Activa white in colour without registration No. and a sum of Rs. 70,000/- (from inside the Honda Activa’s toolbox ) which were stolen by him from in front of Lingel Office, Ghari Mamang Leikai near Mahindra Showroom on April 30, 2021 at about 02:45 pm In this regard a case has been registered at Lilong Police Station.
