Imphal: A team of Bishnupur police commandos while conducting checking on one Royal Tours passenger bus bearing regd. no. MN 01 AA 0484 at Nambol Phoijing crossing along Tiddim road, recovered 653 gram of Heroin no. 4 and 2.425 kgs approx. of WY tables which belonged to Md Abdul Lakip (20yrs) son of Md Sattar of Kwakta Sevla, ward No. 2 Tuesday at around 11:30 am.
The arrested person along with the seized items was handed over to Nambol Police Station and a case has been registered there for investigation.
