Noney: With an objective for immediate action and for easy communication to the district administration during any natural calamities, Noney DC Vidyamri Sridhar, IAS today launched the Noney District Emergency Response Application (NoDERA App’s) at the DC conference hall in Noney District headquarter. The launching programme was attended by DLO’s of the district.
The DC who is also the Chairman of the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) informed that the NoDERA app’s is an android based platform developed to enhance the real time monitoring, coordination and response to various emergencies such as floods, landslide, fire, hailstorm, mental health (prevention of suicide), cyclone etc within the district.
The DC urge the general public of Noney District to report during the emergencies through sms, email or call to a help line number +918120133717 and informed that the NoDERA app is also incorporated with safety posters with Do’s and Don’ts of each type of emergency.
