COVID vaccination for children begins in Nagaland

Kohima: Nagaland on Monday started COVID-19 vaccination for the children aged between 15 to 17 with the Covaxin vaccine as the state received 1,43,000 doses.

Official sources said the vaccine will be rolled out from Monday covering Kohima and Dimapur in the first phase, who have registered either online or on the site and registration is open for those born in 2005, 2006 and 2007 and appointments can book online or on-site (walk-in) or self-register through an existing account or by creating a new account, as Covaxin is the only available option.
