Gangtok: Sikkim recorded 151 new Corona positive cases in the past 24 hours taking the tally to 23,080, the Health Department said on Saturday.
Currently, the state houses 2,320 active cases, Information, Education and Communication Officer, Health Department Sonam Bhutia said.
So far, 20,181 people have been discharged on recovery, he added.
With one death registered in the past 24 hours, the total death figure is pegged at 319.
The positivity rate of Corona cases stands at 17.6 per cent against Thursday’s 20.7 per cent. However, the recovery rate is 88.3 per cent, Bhutia said .
