New Delhi: The Congress on Thursday expressed concern over the continuing exodus of Kashmiri Pandits amid rising incidents of terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir and asked the government to issue a white paper on the situation.

Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera told the media here that the situation in Kashmir was deteriorating and it had worsened in the last eight years. 

The government is not able to hold elections in Kashmir and terrorists were targeting and killing people daily but the Modi government claims the situation is normal.

The spokesman said 30 Kashmiri Pandits have been killed in Jammu and Kashmir in last 10 months. Terrorists targeted Kashmiri pandits. Kashmiri Pandits have started migrating even from supposedly safer places. During this Diwali, 15 families left Shofia.
