Imphal: Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh today flagged off a 30-member media delegation on an external media tour to Vietnam, sponsored by the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), at Yumnam Leikai, Imphal West.

The team comprises 25 members from the All Manipur Working Journalists’ Union (AMWJU) and 5 officials from DIPR. Secretary (IPR) Hungyo Worshang, along with officials of the department, is also part of the delegation.

Director (IPR) Ahanthem Subhash Singh, senior members of the Editors Guild Manipur (EGM), and members of AMWJU also attended the flag-off ceremony.
