Imphal: The Chief Secretary to the Government of Manipur, Dr Rajesh kumar is undergoing treatment and is in the ICU, RIMS, said a press note from the media advisor, RIMS, N Phillip Singh.
The press note continued that all possible care is being taken of the Chief Secretary and that his condition is stable.
