Cartwheels on roller skates: Manipuri boy Tiluck Keisam sets world record

Imphal: Manipur’s skating prodigy Tiluck Keisam, who is currently based in New Delhi, has broken the World Records of most cartwheels on roller stakes in one minute.

The number of cartwheels he achieved is 42 within the frame of one minute breaking the previous World Record of 30 cartwheels held from London, UK.

The event took place on Wednesday, 28 July 2021, 5.30pm – 6.30pm at DDA Squash & Badminton Stadium, Siri Fort Road, New Delhi. The event was conducted with observers and bystanders at the venue site.

Required videos and documents have been submitted to the concerned authority and a formal certificate is awaited from Guinness world record authorities.

Tiluck broke his own record in 2017 for the farthest distance limbo skating under bars, after propelling himself a jaw-dropping 145 metres (475 ft 7 in) beneath poles just 30 cm high.

The 13-year-old is a Class VIIIB student of Bluebells School International, New Delhi.
