Bora seeks Centre’s help to overcome Animal Husbandry challenges in Assam

New Delhi: Assam Minister for Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, Atul Bora, has urged the Centre to extend all possible help to the state department under his ministry in order to overcome various challenges.

Apprising about his meeting with Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Parshottam Rupala here on Wednesday, Bora said they discussed various issues of the state pertaining to his Ministry.

Bora said that the Minister has assured all possible support in this direction.

“I had met Union Minister Parshottam Rupala and discussed various issues. Animal Husbandry and Veterinary is one of the oldest department of the state and it has many challenges before it to overcome. I have requested the Centre for assistance to overcome these challenges,’ he told reporters here.
