BJP Manipur launches Creative Campaign

Chief Minister N Biren Singh said creative campaign aims to reach out to people and spread awareness about the achievements of the BJP-led government through entertaining medium, he added.

Imphal: Manipur BJP on Saturday launched Creative Campaign as part of their Election campaign here. Chief Minister N Biren Singh said prior to the coming of his government women were not able to sleep at their home as they were concerned about the safety of their husbands, son, brother.

The creative campaign aims to reach out to people and spread awareness about the achievements of the BJP-led government through entertaining medium, he added. Remember those days when people had to stand in que from night to get few litres of petrol the next day, he added.

Life changed drastically and people need not fear of roaming freely as there is sense of security he added. So many people died in fake encounters earlier, Biren said. Sambit Patra, Manipur in charge BJP said Union Minister Amit Shah announced to introduce Inner Line Permit in Manipur and named Mt Harriet as Mt Manipur at Andamans and Nicobar island.

He said the Manipur elections will lead to downfall of the Congress party. The land of bandh and blockade was transformed by the N Biren Singh led government, he added. He further said the BJP will have absolute majority in the ensuing elections.

He said during a recent tweet by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi did not mention north east. Sambit said it was an insult to the people of Manipur.

A Sharda, President Manipur BJP, said the Go to Hills, Go to Village programmes launched by Chief Minister N Biren Singh enabled people to get benefits of government schemes easily. A short video clip showing the achievements of the BJP led government was also released on the occasion.
