Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Covid-19 infection tally rose to 48,884 as 319 people tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
Out of the new positive cases, Itanagar Capital Complex reported the highest at 88, followed by Papum Pare 44 and Lower Subansiri 35, as per the bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services.
Of these, 183 patients are asymptomatic and 136 symptomatic.
According to the bulletin, 475 patients were discharged in the last 24 hours, taking the total recoveries to 45,298. The recovery rate is over 92.
Active cases tally stands at 3,352. Death toll at 234.
