Arunachal CM interacts with IPS probationers

During the interaction, the CM urged them to always maintain the post with dignity and respect.

Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Friday interacted with Indian Police Service (IPS) probationers of 2018 and 2019 batch here, and advised them to discharge their duty with sincerity.

“Happy interacting with the IPS Probationers of 2018 and 2019 batch today at Arunachal Police Headquarters, Chimpu. They are in Arunachal on their last leg of Bharat Darshan programme. My best wishes to them and hope they will work with dedication for betterment of the country,” Khandu tweeted.

During the interaction, the CM urged them to always maintain the post with dignity and respect.

Stressing on the physical fitness of police officers, the CM said whenever on visit to districts, he participates in the morning jogging with the local police officers to test their fitness level.

Khandu said uniformed personnel must stand out from the crowd with their highly disciplined character and being physically fit.

The CM also spoke on cultural and natural diversity of Arunachal.

State Home Minister Bamang Felix, Advisor Home Nyamar Karbak, DGP RP Upadhyaya and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
