Hamirpur (HP): Artificial limbs would be distributed to the disabled people at Kangra Yatri Niwas, Kangra on December 7th.
Stating this here last evening, Deputy Commissioner Debasweta Banik said that in this camp, artificial limbs would be provided to the differently-abled through Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti, Jaipur. She said that if the differently-abled people of Hamirpur district wanted to get artificial arms or legs, then they could take advantage of this facility by visiting the camp to be organized on December 7 at Yatri Niwas, Kangra from 9 am to 3 pm.
The Deputy Commissioner has urged all the Panchayat representatives of the district, welfare institutions, and other voluntary organizations workers that if there was a needy handicapped person in their area, then they must make him and his family aware of this camp so that he/she could make use of this facility.
