Indore: An air hostess employed at a privately-owned airline was placed under arrest here on Sunday by the Crime Branch after being found to be in possession of 100 g of MDMA (3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine).
“The accused reached here from Mumbai. She resides in the Maharashtra capital and has been supplying substances here for the past two to three years. Detailed interrogation is underway,” Police Commissioner Harinarayan Chari Mishra said at a press conference.
In this year, the Crime Branch conducted four major operations against MDMA resulting in seizure of more than 70.5 kg.
