Agarwal Marwadi Chamber of Commerce president writes to I&B Minister

Agarwal said that Prime Minister's dream of 'Ramrajya' will be fulfilled soon when the new generation will learn 'Ramayana', which would teach them about non-violence, goodness and true duty towards all, he added.

Pune: The Agarwal Marwadi Chamber of Commerce Industries and Education (AMCCIE) president Rajesh Agarwal on Wednesday wrote a letter to Information & Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh Thakur requesting him to re-run ‘Ramayana’ teleserial, as it will help the young generation to learn more about our religious culture.

A copy of the letter has also been marked to Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

He further said that in view of ongoing construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya and its inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi next year, the mythological serial should be telecast again on Doordarshan and other private channels in the interest of people, specially the younger generation, he wrote.

Agarwal said that Prime Minister’s dream of ‘Ramrajya’ will be fulfilled soon when the new generation will learn ‘Ramayana’, which would teach them about non-violence, goodness and true duty towards all, he added.
