Chandel: Assam Rifles hosted a professional interaction with a seven-member delegation from Rudram Dynamics, led by Managing Director Mr Konark Rai, at the Drone Training Node (DTN) in Chandel district on 29 September 2026. The visit aimed to provide the industry team an insight into the role, functioning and comprehensive training framework at the dedicated drone training facility of Assam Rifles.
During the engagement, the visiting team was briefed on the structured instruction, practical exposure and application-oriented methodology adopted at the facility. The session covered drone operations, operational employment, capability development, technological advancements, indigenous innovations and initiatives undertaken to enhance technical expertise and proficiency in unmanned aerial systems. The delegation also understood measures being taken by Assam Rifles to ensure effective employment of drone technology in complex operational environments, emphasizing continuous training, innovation and technological adaptation.
