Imphal: Governor of Manipur Ajay Kumar Bhalla, today, presented the 7th GovernorArt Award to Yendrembam Ibochouba Singh in recognition of his contribution in the field of fine arts. The award was presented to Ibochouba Singh at a solemn function held at the Cabinet Hall of Chief Minister’s Office, Minister’s Block, Mantripukhri in Imphal East. Governor reviewed paintings of the awardee before presenting the award.
Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh, Art & Culture Minister Kh. Loken Singh, Chief Secretary and other senior officers attended the function.
