One nabbed with brown sugar in Manipur’s Tengnoupal dist

Imphal: A team of Tengnoupal District Police arrested one Seiminlal Baite, 29, son of Holkhai Baite of Maojang village,  Moreh ward no. 1, Tengnoupal district at Tengnoupal Police station check post along with 72 soap cases suspected to be Brown Sugar weighing   2.987 kg concealed in an auto-rickshaw with no registration number on Monday.

The arrested person along with the seized items was handed over to TPL PS for further investigation, said a press note from the PEO, Manipur Police.
